| Two rooms available in 3/2.5 home in SESR. 7 Miles to SSU and SRJC. Students preferred. One large friendly-but-shy cat. Rooms are unfurnished but bed, TV, minifridge, and other furniture are available for free, as is the parking permit provided. Rooms also have DSL/phone connection. The two rental rooms share a bath, but since they are both open at the moment, it is a defacto private bath. Located in the middle of wine country. Very peaceful, openm-minded household of non-cigarette smokers, but we don't mind smokers as long as it's outside.
