Your use of any part of the SouthwestRentals web site indicates your acceptance of all of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein. renter and reIf you do not choose to abide by the terms set forth herein, do not accept these Terms and Conditions and you will then waive your right to use the site or any part of it. SouthwestRentals reserves the right to terminate the use of its services for any individual, company, or entity for any reason at any time. SouthwestRentals is solely responsible for defining the Terms and Conditions and reserves the right to amend or revise any part at any time.

Should you find this agreement unacceptable, it is your responsibility to terminate your use of the SouthwestRentals web site and its services. Landlords are solely responsible for their rental postings on the site. All users are responsible for their own communications and for the consequences of their posting. The site is not a renter or landlord with respect to the site and the site shall not be responsible for any decisions made by renters or landlords or any such user. All Users acknowledge and accept the risks of using the web site, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. All Users assume all risks associated with dealing with other users of this site. The site does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Should any user have a dispute with another user, the users themselves are solely responsible for resolving such dispute and all users release the site, and its agents and employees, from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. California residents waive California Civil Code ?1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

SouthwestRentals does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of any links which do or could appear on its site. Should you decide to access such third party sites, you do so at your own risk. Should any user find material posted on a links site inappropriate or offensive, please contact the site.

The site makes no claims that the materials posted on the site may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the US. Access to the materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Termination
The site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this site and immediate termination of your registration including your ability to access the site and/or any other service provided to you by the site, upon any breach by you of these Terms or if the site is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the site registration with or ability to access the site.
